ACUMEN is designed to test the following:
- Ability to think in communication terms
- Ability to present your point of view effectively and
- Ability to see the ‘Big Picture’ and act accordingly
ACUMEN will comprise of following stages:
- Written Test (WT) - This Test will be based on objective type questions. The written test will have four sections as follows:
- Verbal ability
- Logical reasoning
- General awareness / Brand Awareness
- Advertisement Analysis
- Oral Presentation (OP) - All the students shall be given a random topic related to the Communication industry. The students are expected to prepare their presentation to be presented in front of Panel of faculty members and other judges. The time limit for preparing this presentation will be restricted to one hour. Every student shall be provided an opportunity of 15 minutes for the presentation.
- Personal Interaction (PI) - It would be a formal round before the panel.
* Note: Candidate who have secored more than 70 percentile in CAT/MAT/XAT will be called directly for OP/PI
